They seem to work good and have held up for my first few runs so far in my Granite V3. I’ve done some fairly big jumps and landed on the power a few times from backflipping and such. They are definitely noisier than stock (because they’re steel) and there is a little step down on the diff input/pinion that I put an E clip on to prevent the input gear from pulling through the bearings and contacting the diff planetary housing under braking or reverse. Not sure if it was 100% necessary but it seemed like an issue that needed fixing to me. After one run the rear diff feels a bit clicky when rotating the planetary gears only by hand but hasn’t gotten worse since. They do feel like they’re filled with fluid too, the differential action is consistent. Video is of me moving the internal planetary gears but not the ring and pinion or the motor. Again i’m not too sure what is acceptable or not with these but for the price, i’d like to see better.
Keeps my CC 1260kv cool. In between runs
I wish the tips fit inside the handle.
